1. Cabinetry:  $7000 - $12000

Stock, stained cabinetry, std. woods, no glazes, no paints, no frills/accessories, minimal specialty interiors, no crown moldings or elaborate light rail molding
Example mfrs:  Aristokraft, Midcontinent basic line, Diamond Advantage (Distinction on higher end)
Smaller space, approximately 12-15 cabinets

2. Appliances:  $2500- $3500
Basic appliances, white/black or stainless finish, Whirlpool level
Freestanding range, Microhood, Dishwasher, Standard depth Refrigerator

3. Countertops:  $2000 - $3000
Laminate countertops or ceramic/granite tile in a small space

4. Flooring:  $0 - $1500
No changes, or minimal patching to existing floor, or new vinyl flooring

No changes to existing windows or doors
